Zamane Festival dates in M’hamid El Ghizlane, Morocco are set for November 14 - 16 2025! This year we’re excited to welcome Malian legend Vieux Farka Touré and Gnawan superstar Mehdi Nassouli to Zamane in celebration of traditional Ganga heritage in southeastern Morocco! Ganga music is the traditional Gnawan music practiced in southeastern Morocco for centuries, emerging from the Gnawan peoples' history in slavery over many generations in northwest Africa. More than 150 traditional Ganga musicians and youth will be performing across the three day event!
